Release by Model for Images and Written Testimonial to Jayne Matthews

I irrevocably grant to Jayne Matthews, referred to herein as  Owner, the right to distribute, transmit, publish, copy, or otherwise exploit, either in whole or in part, either digitally or in any other medium now known or later discovered, the photographs and written testimonial related to this release (the Photographs and Written Testimonial). I understand and agree that the Photographs and Written Testimonial may be used and exploited without identifying me as their subject.

I release and discharge Owner and its agents, representatives, and assignees from any claim or cause of action, now known or later discovered, for, among other things, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, and defamation arising out of the use and exploitation of the Photographs.

I warrant and represent that I am over the age of eighteen years.
